About the Firm

Founded by Thai lawyer Sopon Sirimongkolrat and Taiwanese lawyer Raymond Yu, Louis & Partners Thailand serves two kinds of clients: foreign investors who need Thai law explained and executed properly — in Chinese — as they invest into Thailand, and Thai enterprises looking to do business with the Chinese-speaking world. Our lawyers work in Chinese, Thai, and English — providing a cross-language interface within the same file.

As a member of Louis Group, we work alongside affiliated lawyers, patent attorneys, and consultants across Taiwan, Japan, and Vietnam. When your matter crosses a border, one Louis Group team handles it — so you do not have to coordinate law firms in four different countries yourself.
